Message from the Founder
Thank you very much for visiting our website and exploring the fantastic work that we're doing to help orphans and vulnerable children.
My name is Regina E. Djentuh, and she is affectionately called Mama Esi, founder of Ryvanz-Mia Childcare (RMC). I started RMC in 2006, and as a mother of 4 children and two of blessed memory, I am the Founder of St. Patrick's Anglican Church Sunday School teacher. Her main goal was to instill in all children the fear of God. She was a proprietor of Esime Vocational Institute in Kpando.
Mama Esi became inspired to open her home for vulnerable children after losing her loved one.
As a result, Mama Esi decided that she wanted to give back to their memory. After Mama, Esi noticed the plight of the orphan and vulnerable children in her community and decided to open a children's home.
The home was named Ryvanz-Mia after her deceased daughter (Ryvanz) and their first volunteer from Village Volunteers (Mia).
Ryvanz-Mia is run out of Mama Esi's home, which her husband constructed.
I feel fulfilled when I offer help from a genuine desire to serve. Volunteering, passion, and love have become a part of my life, and I have gained diverse experiences.
For me, it's not the recognition for doing something good. Still, the passion, love, and positive feeling from within, knowing that I'm giving something that is bringing light and happiness into other lives of orphan and vulnerable children.
I believe in the power of volunteering as an essential tool for change, both in the giver's life and the one who receives it.
Ryvanz-Mia is all about working for a common goal to benefit orphans and vulnerable children who need it the most.
We design projects tailored to bring a sustainable solution to various challenges and problems facing our orphan and vulnerable children.
My vision for Ryvanz-Mia is an effortless task where all orphan children's potentials to have quality education regardless of gender, ethnicity, or circumstances. We work hard to ensure that we can measure our impact and that every contribution invested in our child is accounted for.
At Ryvanz-Mia Childcare, we see each child as a family with respect for each other regardless of nationality, belief, and background.
We love and treat each of our volunteers, partners, and we will treasure for you to join us.
I'm extending my invitation to you. If you're interested in volunteering, sponsoring, partnering, or donating to support any of our projects, please email us now. I did love to hear from you and to discuss how we can work together.
My sincere thanks to all past and present volunteers, donors, sponsors for believing in our mission and being an invaluable part of caring for our children.
Finally, please find space in your heart, too along with us, to support our orphan and vulnerable children to have quality education.
Please contact us and also donate today.
A lot of love.
Meet Mama Esi and her lovely children! She is one of the most beautiful ladies you will ever meet. She is the founder of this orphanage, and, without her, many of these kids would be without a home. She is the reason these kids have opportunities; she is the reason these kids are not lost. She loves them like they are her own.
